About Youth4Youth: A Strong Community Based Initiative
We have a tight-knit community of passionate individuals making a positive impact in young people's lives across Australia. Our team of dedicated volunteers contributes significantly to our charity's outcomes, regardless of their department or time commitment.
Our services offer a peer-support network, allowing young people to access a mentor similar in age and more comfortable to speak with.
You will join a collaborative team of like-minded individuals working together to increase our reach and improve support provisions for young people. As remote workers, we maintain a strong positive culture.
About the RoleThis Project Executive role leads a project expanding our organisation globally by establishing it in different countries. You will enable us to deliver our services to young people in Australia.
- Understand and learn about our charitable objectives and translate them to meet the needs of young people in Australia.
- Develop clear guidance on setting up an Australian subsidiary overseas.
- Build a project team to collect key information enabling this transition.
- Lead the implementation with a structured management of change process.
- Australian charity structures and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in delivering high-scale projects, including scoping, planning, and implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools, including Office365 applications.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and connect with others in overseas locations.
