Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our commercial events team on a fixed-term contract, with a view to permanency.

You will be the first point of contact for event and catering enquiries, coordinating bookings and client communications. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of events to ensure a memorable client experience.

About the Role
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage event bookings and coordinate logistics to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (event management software an advantage).
  • RSA certification required.
