Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic event professional to join our high-performing events team in a full-time role.

In this capacity, you will be the primary point of contact for all inquiries, monitoring sales emails, managing inbound calls, and directing enquiries to the right team members.

You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and venue partners to assist in delivering seamless and memorable events.

  • Manage and respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email
  • Qualify leads and create tailored proposals, quotes, and confirmations
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned clients and events from start to finish
  • Liaise with chefs, venue teams, and suppliers to ensure event success
  • Prepare event documentation including function sheets, invoices, and client briefs
  • Attend site inspections, tastings, and events as required
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and follow internal procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks, platform orders, and other duties as needed
About This Role
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar client-facing position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience using event systems (highly regarded)
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
