Job Title: Business Insights Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ppresent findings and results to stakeholders through effective communication and visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions.
Requirements:
- A tertiary degree in a highly analytical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in data analytics tools such as PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with big data and relevant tools is highly desirable.
