Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to support our organization with strategic planning, operational enhancement, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
About the Role:
- This is a unique opportunity to utilize your analytical skills in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and developing data-driven insights.
- You will provide critical thinking and problem-solving expertise in operational KPI analysis, financial modeling, and tactical pricing work to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- This role also involves supporting strategic analysis and decision-making for key growth initiatives, including greenfield developments and mergers and acquisitions.
- Additionally, you will assist in coordinating M&A and growth opportunities across the organization, including financial modeling and business case development.
- Your responsibilities will also include supporting the annual strategic planning process and budget setting, as well as evolving and enhancing business reporting to align with operational and strategic value drivers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or relevant in-house strategy/corporate development teams.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, including strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-performance environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
