Business Insight Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Insight Specialist.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, developing custom solutions to address those needs, and ensuring successful product adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the EMS suite of consumer data and analytical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to directly engage with clients, understand their requirements, and map product features and benefits to client needs.
- Create and deliver personalized presentations to clients at various levels of seniority, emphasizing storytelling to effectively communicate our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Partner with internal product teams to bring new propositions to market, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide strategic insights.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of segmentation data, insights, and analytics.
- 3-5 years proven experience as a presales specialist or in a role applying data, insights, and analytics for business benefit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover client needs and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Knowledge of common analytics tools, languages, and marketing platforms.
