Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

A commercially focused role in a manufacturing business.

This position requires the ability to partner with leadership to provide meaningful commercial insights and drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively partner with non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a management accounting or Analyst role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, with CA/CPA status (or working towards).
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
