Business Insights Specialist

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Insights Specialist to play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or industrial environments, with tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Key responsibilities include collecting, cleansing, and analyzing external and internal data to support marketing and sales initiatives, synthesizing data and insights from market research reports, and developing dashboards and regular reports on market, customer, and consumer behavior.
A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics tools, and experience working with marketing platforms and CRM systems are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B or industrial environments.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics tools, and experience working with marketing platforms and CRM systems.
