We are an innovative and fast-paced construction company with a reputation for excellence.

This is not your average administration role. We need innovators who can think outside the box, strong communicators who can listen and be accountable, and have great time management skills.

You will engage, coordinate, and manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events. This involves scheduling estimator attendances across Southern NSW/ACT effectively in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

You will communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs, arrange specialist reports where required to support the estimating team, and liaise between insured parties and insurance companies.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring all inspections, certificates, and relevant documentation is signed off in a timely manner. You will also work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will process invoices and ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong communication skills. They will also be willing to learn and start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation and team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
