The Restorative Justice Coordinator initiates contact with participants and collaborates to identify interests, needs, and responsibilities arising from the offence. Where suitable, they assist participants in preparing for and safely participating in a conference.

Coordinators work closely with Senior Coordinators and the Director to manage risks related to conferencing, especially in cases involving family violence and sexual violence. They also collaborate with other organisations to address participant needs holistically.
