Multidisciplinary Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing integrated care to women and their families experiencing perinatal mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver advanced level clinical services, including individualized and group care based on professional training and current best practice.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for complex caseloads.
- Maintain effective teamwork through communication and liaison with colleagues, patients and service providers.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed.
- Promote collaboration within the multidisciplinary team through verbal and written feedback.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
- Be registered with the relevant professional body (AASW/AHPRA).
- Have a Medicare provider number or be eligible for one.
- Experience in running groups and individual therapy is highly valued.
