Role Overview

This role focuses on building new business relationships by prospecting and contacting prospective vendors in a designated area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer communication, handling database and stock management, as well as assisting with open homes and listing presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients/vendors from high-end databases to generate appraisals.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building with buyers regarding database and stock.
  • Managing and maintaining an in-house CRM system.
  • Providing support for open homes, listing presentations, and auctions.
  • Conducting client callbacks and feedback reports.
  • Performing ad hoc sales administration duties as required.
Requirements:
  • A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is mandatory.
  • Previous real estate experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to make confident cold calls.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Patience and enthusiasm to succeed in this role.
  • Confidence, assertiveness, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.

This is a full-time position including Saturdays, working with one of our established partners. The primary goal of this role is to reach out to all prospective vendors within the designated area to build new business and increase property sales.
