Breakfast Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional breakfast services and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily breakfast operations, including prep lists, stock rotation, and inventory monitoring.
  2. Execute function and event catering, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  3. Assist with other service periods as required, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  4. Work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the kitchen team as needed.
  5. Monitor food quality, portion control, and storage standards, adhering to all relevant guidelines.
  6. Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as directed by the Executive/Head Chef.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive recipe knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
