As part of our ever-growing team based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to provide support to our dealers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and administration support to our show team, while also acting as a Snowy River Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate dealership interactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Distribute reports and updates to dealers regarding production schedules.
  • Resolve customer/dealer concerns or queries in a timely manner, responding to enquiries and emails.
  • Assist with the end-of-sale process, including queries, color selection, and vehicle handover.
  • Coordinate show team travel and event-related tasks, providing sales and administration support.
  • Ensure all business and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Provide technical support to dealers.
Requirements
  • Around AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year salary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Multitasking and calm under pressure.
  • Adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Forward-thinking and attention to detail.
  • High level of competence with MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience with ERP platforms (preferred).
  • Marketing/Business graduates encouraged to apply.
