This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing menus, kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food service delivery.
You will be responsible for supervising the preparation of premium meals, including menu planning, catering, infrastructure management, ordering, quality service delivery, and service delivery improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the team and be part of recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes.
- Implement effective resident dietary management practices.
- Oversee kitchen and food cost management procedures.
- Deliver high-quality meal production and service excellence around all aspects of the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families and document their needs.
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
This role reports to the General Manager and is supported by a Regional Catering Manager.
