About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Leader to oversee our kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- This is a hands-on role that involves managing kitchen staff, ordering stock, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards;
- You will be responsible for training and supporting the kitchen team members;
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment and a passion for delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.
- Manage kitchen operations, including preparation and delivery of standard menu items and function finger food;
- Adhere to high standards of food presentation;
- Order and manage stocktake;
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;
- Champion kitchen health and safety;
- Train and support the kitchen team members;
- 1-2 years' experience working in a busy kitchen environment;
- Desire to take your kitchen career to the next level;
- Knowledge of food and commitment to producing high-quality food and presentation;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- Commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling, and health & safety procedures;
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team;
- Passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
- Great availability, including weekends and nights;
- Reliability and punctuality.
