We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Culinary Leader to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in planning and directing food preparation, supervising other team members, and leading by example.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a senior culinary leader or equivalent position in a high-volume food production environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience training, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of HACCP / QSAI / Food Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
