We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing NSW team at Terra Firma Business Consulting. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, extending current client relationships, and developing diverse consulting opportunities for our consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with consultants to develop opportunities within the client base
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Tender (RFTs), and Requests for Quote (RFQs)
- Proactively build a pipeline of business opportunities
Requirements
- Strong relationship building and networking abilities
- Strong relationships within the Government space
- A consultative approach to understanding clients' needs and defining innovative solutions
- Ability to understand client needs and manage large accounts
