The successful candidate will work closely with other Client Relationship Managers and Consultants to help grow the NSW and greater Terra Firma business, adding value to our customers and providing them with an outstanding experience.

About the Role

The principal focus of this role will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, extend current client relationships and develop diverse consulting opportunities for our consultants.

The successful consultant will work within a high-performing team, developing and implementing strategic account plans, responding to RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs and working with consultants to develop opportunities within the client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and defining innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, extending current client relationships and developing diverse consulting opportunities for our consultants.
  • Provide exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Be a team-oriented, collegiate, and proactive working style.
