Shift Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service and follow brand standards & food safety requirements.

  • Lead team members on shift and promote friendly customer interactions.
  • Ensure opening, daily, and closing procedures are completed according to company policies.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process payments from customers.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and complete kitchen-related tasks.
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
  • Assist in training new team members and inform leadership of any concerns or problems.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
