We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive exceptional service standards in our stores. This involves leading and developing a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for customers and colleagues.

- Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customer needs to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
- Able to maintain excellent service standards, manage checkouts and customer service desk, and ensure store presentation is exceptional.
