This key role involves leading and developing our team of Club Supervisors, driving high standards of service while growing membership through engaging with members and guests.
The Customer Service Manager will work closely with the operational service team, handle customer queries and complaints, and provide valuable feedback to senior management. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a high standard of personal presentation.
This exciting opportunity offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day week through a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Stay up-to-date with professional and procedural aspects of the role through continuous learning and development.
- Lead the team in ensuring effective and efficient procedures of Club operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow membership through active engagement with members and guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance in all business transactions.
- Timely report and escalate incidents or potential security threats to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in personnel development and management, proven leadership experience in customer service, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve set goals.
