The role of a Construction Project Manager involves overseeing the entire construction process for new restaurant builds and refurbishments, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and budget control.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end project management for all new builds and major refurbishments in Victoria & Western Australia.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with financial year commitments.
- Proactively identifying and resolving construction challenges to maintain timelines and avoid delays.
- Delifering all construction projects within or under the approved budget, maximizing cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
- Monitoring construction costs, contractor expenses, and unforeseen expenditures, ensuring financial discipline.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensuring all restaurants are built in strict adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Validating that construction meets brand requirements, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Acting as the primary liaison between external contractors, landlords, suppliers, and regulatory bodies during the construction phase.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in construction management, preferably within hospitality, retail, or Quick Service Restaurant sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, contractor coordination, and budget control.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects with tight timelines.
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
