Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in construction management, preferably within hospitality, retail, or Quick Service Restaurant sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, contractor coordination, and budget control.
  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects with tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing landlords, contractors, and internal teams.

A successful Construction Project Manager will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
