Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for originating, retaining and managing a portfolio of clients for either the Corporate Health or Property segment ($10M+).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for business development and relationship building. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting our commercial product offering to core clients and developing strong relationships with them
- Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction
- Managing relationships with clients and leveraging internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
- Working with clients' accountants to understand their financial objectives and help implement plans to realise these objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in commercial lending, business development and relationship building. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the Health or Property commercial banking industry.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in commercial lending, working on larger more complex deals
- Previous experience in business development and relationship building
- Experience in either the Health or Property commercial banking industry
- A passion for business development and relationship building
- Tertiary education desirable
- Ability to meet KPI targets

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including bonuses, superannuation and professional development opportunities.
