We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Desktop Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
  • Install and configure hardware and software as required
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining optimal system performance
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
