Our organization is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.

This role involves troubleshooting computer OS/peripherals, performing hardware/software installation, and handling various PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10) and printer support.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Infrastructure support and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.

  • Required skills and qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PC Laptop hardware, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM is also required.
  • Candidates must possess at least two of the following IT Qualifications: PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, although freshers and IT students are also welcome to apply.
