We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical support specialist to join our team. As a tech support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop computing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site and on-call assistance to end-users, resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software, and implementing solutions to improve system performance.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records of incidents, perform routine maintenance tasks, and collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will need to have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
