Job Title: HR Generalist

This role is a key member of the Human Resources Business Unit, providing working knowledge and support in all aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations and support the implementation of business initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Lead employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution support.
  • Maintain HR records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with training and development programs.
  • Be the go-to for personnel inquiries, support and questions for the team.
  • Implement retention and engagement tactics.
  • Research and develop HR policies that are in alignment with local compliance requirements.
  • Support annual market review research and provide recommendations.
  • Actively participate in company committees.
Requirements:

  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-starter and willing to be innovative.
  • Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
