Job Overview

We are seeking an Injury Management Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month contract, with the view to go permanent.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in conjunction with the wider injury management, local safety and HR team to identify and implement changes in process or provide education that assists with injury prevention and health and wellbeing initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role with prior knowledge of injury management and return to work.
  • They will also possess claims background experience, a minimum Cert IV or Diploma in WHS, strong communication, listening and interaction skills, ability to work under deadlines and pressure, and strong prioritization skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with the wider injury management, local safety and HR team to identify and implement change in process or provide education that assists with injury prevention and health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide prompt rehabilitation and return to work support for all work-related and non-work-related injuries.
  • Be the first point of contact for injured employees.
  • Identify areas for opportunity and education that would reduce the risk of injury.
  • Maintain records in accordance.
