">Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate injury prevention and workers compensation claims across various states and territories.
- Liaise with insurers, managers, and return-to-work coordinators for effective rehabilitation and successful outcomes.
- Administer workers compensation insurance policies, including cost reviews and premium projections.
- Collaborate with the safety team to conduct workplace investigations, identify root causes, and develop prevention strategies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on injury management, return-to-work, and workers compensation matters.
- Analyse injury trends and deliver reports highlighting risks, costs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Certificate in Return-to-Work Coordination or relevant allied health qualification (desired).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management or workers compensation.
- Strong knowledge of national workers compensation legislation.
- Experience in case management, managing premiums, and working with insurers/brokerages.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Empathetic, professional, and solution-focused approach.
- Experience in incident investigation, auditing, and change management (desired).
