Job Title: Communication Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver high-quality communication services efficiently.
  • Provide individualized communication support to participants with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for our participants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with individuals with communication disorders.
  • Relevant insurances including Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Active ABN and professional membership.
