Speech Pathology Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking passionate graduate speech pathologists to join our industry-leading graduate program. The roles available will start in January 2026, with positions located in North Lakes.

As a graduate speech pathologist, you will be supported across all stages of your journey to develop your clinical expertise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and community settings.

You will work with participants aged 6-65, addressing various communication needs, including language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

About You:

We are looking for speech pathologists with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disability who are proactive about improvement and advocate for participant goals as part of patient care.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
