We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team and drive business growth in our NSW corporate stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and empowering store managers and their teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture and create a world-class customer experience in the stores you oversee.
  • Store Performance: Monitor and analyze store operations and performance metrics, implementing solutions and strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service standards, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive best practice store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Inspire and empower store teams with ongoing training, coaching, and support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as an Area Manager in the Hair, Beauty, or Fashion Industry, overseeing 5+ retail stores, with a track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
