Job Title: Area ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our Hairhouse team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and operations of multiple stores in NSW, inspiring and empowering store managers and their teams to achieve targets and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and empower store managers and their teams to achieve targets and maintain high operational standards.
  • Store Performance: Monitor and analyse all store operations and performance metrics, implement solutions and strategies to drive sales, including supporting national and local marketing programs.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service standards, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive best practice store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Inspire and empower the store teams with ongoing training, coaching and support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated flair for building a high-performance culture and creating a world-class customer experience in the stores they oversee, with a solutions-focused, positive, and high-energy attitude.
  • 3+ years' experience as an Area Manager in the Hair, Beauty, or Fashion Industry overseeing 5+ retail stores, with a track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
