About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Mad Mex team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing business operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to jump in all service areas, including food prep, grill, counter, and cashier.
  • Take charge during shifts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through team supervision, recruitment, standards management, ordering stock, banking, opening/closing the restaurant, and team training and coaching.
  • Build and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality food and services, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing business operations in a shift work environment.
