- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new sales leads and partnerships
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service

- Proven track record of sales success and business development in a similar role

- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the building and construction industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
