Main Responsibilities- Develop engaging training sessions and programs.
- Respond to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate orientation and induction sessions.
- Collaborate with external providers and develop training resources.
- Manage training records in our Learning Management System.
You will also contribute to quality audits, report on compliance, and foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our service.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse qualification with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
- A background in training, education, or learning and development.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Alignment with our organisation's values.
- A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
- A high-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- A valid Driver's License.
