About the Role:

As a Clinical Educator, you'll be a vital part of our Residential Clinical Governance Team. You'll work closely with leadership across our homes to deliver impactful training and education.

You'll design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments. You'll respond to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll coordinate orientation and induction sessions, collaborate with external providers, develop training resources, and manage training records in our Learning Management System.

Additionally, you'll contribute to quality audits, report on compliance, and foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our aged care service.

About You:

To be considered, you will bring:

  • Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
  • Background in training, education, or learning and development.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Alignment with our values.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
  • Valid Drivers License.
