Job Description

As a key member of our Residential Clinical Governance Team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful, best-practice training and education across our aged care service.

You will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments. This will involve responding to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives, while also coordinating orientation and induction sessions, collaborating with external providers, and developing training resources.

Furthermore, you will manage training records in our Learning Management System, contribute to quality audits, and report on compliance. Your primary goal will be to foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
  • Background in training, education, or learning and development.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Alignment with our organisation's values.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
  • Valid Drivers License.
