As a seasoned Horticulture professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a small team of employees in attending to the growing needs of our capsicum crops.

Reporting directly to the Harvest Manager, you will have proven experience in training, instructing and motivating a team to reach company targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing labour requirements and strategy
  • Ensuring quality and KPI targets are being achieved
  • Managing performance of direct reports promptly
  • Operating a range of plant and equipment on the farm
  • Recording and reporting on crop issues to appropriate departments

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Sound understanding of occupational health and safety systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
