**About the role**

We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in a hands-on leadership role focusing on the crop care operations. You'll work closely with our Leaders to coach, lead, and support the team while actively contributing to the successful delivery of crop care operations.

- Previous experience coaching and leading a team
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
