Job Title: Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants, while supporting a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, tenant and landlord liaison, leasing duties, routines etc. Providing outstanding customer service is key to success in this position.

To be successful as a Real Estate Assistant, you will need:

  • 6-12+ months of previous property management experience
  • A QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • An excellent telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation
  • A valid driver's license + car
