Role Overview:

As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive leasing property inspections and providing detailed feedback reports to owners.
  • Creating captivating video tours of rental listings to attract prospective tenants.
  • Providing top-tier customer service, assisting tenants with inspections, tenancy applications, and providing general tenancy guidance.
  • Supporting enquiry management and promoting new listings to prospective tenants.
  • Assisting with application processing and presenting recommendations to owners.
  • Facilitating tenancy sign-up appointments and move-in meetings with tenants.
  • Property sign board management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • You MUST hold a current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate & unrestricted current Queensland Driver's Licence.
  • Possess strong customer service skills and have a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively autonomously.
  • No "on the job" real estate experience necessary.
