Rural Real Estate Opportunities

As a rural real estate agent, you will specialise in the prospecting, listing and sale of rural properties including farms, acreages/lifestyle blocks, and agricultural land. Your understanding of the unique characteristics and challenges of rural real estate will enable you to build strong relationships with landowners, investors, and buyers.

Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation, and client relationship management are key to success in this role. You will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on property valuation, sales strategies, and marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • List, market and sell rural properties
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in business development programs
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and advertising
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and reporting requirements

Required Skills:

  • Local real estate industry experience
  • Ability to appraise properties and identify positive aspects
  • Real Estate licence and current driver's licence (essential)
  • Understanding of Real Estate Legislation
  • Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation, and client relationship skills
