Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills in customer-facing roles and contribute to delivering needs-based services to people with work-related injuries.

About the Role

This position involves active management of claims for compensation, ensuring injured workers receive entitlements in accordance with the relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and treating practitioners to facilitate and support medical management and return to work activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from initial reporting through to settlement or resolution;
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers, and treating practitioners to ensure timely and effective treatment and promote return to work;
  • Process payments to stakeholders in accordance with legislative requirements;
  • Develop case management strategies to deliver positive outcomes for injured workers;
  • Review and monitor treatment requests to ensure they align with Return to Work plans;
  • Conduct regular reviews of claims to identify opportunities for improvement;
