Our organization is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team.

Role Purpose

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, prepare return-to-work programs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies on proactive management of claims.

Responsibilities

  • Lodgement, documentation, invoice processing, and wage reimbursements in Quickclaim.
  • Coordinate return-to-work plans with injured employees, managers, unions, and medical providers.
  • Liaise between stakeholders including insurers, legal teams, WorkSafe, investigators, and rehabilitation providers.
  • Prepare and submit required reports including first 10-day updates and regular performance reports.
  • Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely processing of WorkCover-related invoices with Payroll and Accounts Payable.
  • Support training development and delivery for injury and medical management activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Injury Management and broader Safety team including meeting coordination.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective case management aligned with Just and Fair Culture principles.
  • Facilitating return-to-work discussions and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving, planning, and administrative abilities.
  • Awareness of financial implications related to workers' compensation and premium management.
