Our organization is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team.
Role Purpose
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, prepare return-to-work programs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies on proactive management of claims.
Responsibilities
- Lodgement, documentation, invoice processing, and wage reimbursements in Quickclaim.
- Coordinate return-to-work plans with injured employees, managers, unions, and medical providers.
- Liaise between stakeholders including insurers, legal teams, WorkSafe, investigators, and rehabilitation providers.
- Prepare and submit required reports including first 10-day updates and regular performance reports.
- Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely processing of WorkCover-related invoices with Payroll and Accounts Payable.
- Support training development and delivery for injury and medical management activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Injury Management and broader Safety team including meeting coordination.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective case management aligned with Just and Fair Culture principles.
- Facilitating return-to-work discussions and stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving, planning, and administrative abilities.
- Awareness of financial implications related to workers' compensation and premium management.
