We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse at our organization, you will be part of a dedicated group providing holistic care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, supporting a range of health services while building strong relationships with clients.
- Clinical skills in areas such as wound care, immunisations, health assessments, and chronic disease management within your scope of practice.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate respectfully with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using clinical software and electronic medical records.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries, especially in community settings.
- Experience in primary health care, community health, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services is highly beneficial.
What We Offer
- Nurses Award + 12% superannuation and leave loading.
- Initial 12-month fixed-term position.
- Full-time, 38 hours, rotating roster.
- Clinic opening hours Monday to Saturday 7am – 7pm.
- Working across multiple locations in West Morton and Somerset.
