Over the decades, we have evolved into a trusted provider of health and community services while remaining deeply connected to the cultural values, traditions, and aspirations of the community we serve. Today, Kambu Health employs over 100 dedicated staff, offering a comprehensive range of integrated services, including primary, allied and specialist health services, early childhood education and family support programs, across multiple clinics and community centres.

About the roleThis is anIdentified Position, meaning it is open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants under Section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
$55,000 - $60,000 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading
Initial 12-month, fixed-term position
Full-time, 38 hours
Clinic open, Monday – Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm

The Health Services Concierge provides personalised support to assist clients and guests with their requests, helping to enhance their overall experience. Key responsibilities include offering directions, arranging transport, assisting with locating facilities, and ensuring their time with us is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
About the successful applicantTo be successful in this role, you will:
Selection Criteria- Greeting clients and guests, providing information about the establishment, and assisting with appointment bookings.
- Coordinating transportation, scheduling appointments, and organising activities or referrals upon request.
- Performing general tasks such as delivering mail and photocopying documents.
- Supporting clients and guests by resolving issues and responding to inquiries to ensure their needs are met.
- Providing accurate directions and relevant local information as required.
- Managing administrative duties, handling messages, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local services and resources.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A professional, friendly, and attentive approach to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Proven ability to research, resolve issues, and identify effective solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and client requests simultaneously.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Ipswich and West Moreton region, including awareness and respect for First Nations peoples and cultures.
- Current Working with Children Check – Blue Card
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
- Four (4) weeks annual leave
- Annual Christmas closure for all Kambu Health employees, with an additional two (2) gifted annual leave days
