Lead Digital Transformation Consultant

  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and manage delivery teams to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain high personal utilization while ensuring stakeholder alignment and proactively resolving delivery issues.
  • Embed scalable methodologies and best practices in project execution, promoting a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, develop compelling proposals and solution concepts, and leverage industry networks to position the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Support practice growth by monitoring project financials and contributing to regional and global financial reporting.

You will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or advisory roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and drive business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and IT/OT convergence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel extensively, including some international travel, and possess SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
