This role involves the day-to-day management of a portfolio of well-maintained residential properties, ensuring seamless communication with clients, tenants, and the public. The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and dispute resolution skills, as well as a strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small portfolio of residential properties, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, and the community through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancies laws, conducting routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance as required.
- Coordinate lease renewals and other administrative tasks associated with property management.
Requirements:
- 1 year of property management experience (desired)
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) and Driver's Licence (mandatory)
- Australia Work Authorisation (required)
